Expansion into international markets in Spain and the Netherlands of the Tabou Sp. z o.o., a company producing highly specialized bicycles under its own brand TABOU.
Purpose and intended outcome of the project:
The company expects that as a result of the internationalization:
a) new international markets in Spain and the Netherlands will be acquired;
b) its revenues will increase by increasing the share of export revenues in total revenues from sales of manufactured bicycles to at least 30% by the end of 2023;
c) its income will increase, which in turn will allow for the further growth of the business;
d) new international contacts will be established, allowing for further international expansion into new markets;
e) the business will develop by gaining invaluable experience through international business cooperation.
Measurable project outcomes:
- Number of internationalization business models prepared for implementation – 1;
- Number of new markets (countries) where the applicant has achieved readiness to start selling the products – 2;
- Number of organized distribution channels to be implemented in target markets – 4.
Total value of the project amounts to 336,528.00 PLN (in words: three hundred thirty-six thousand five hundred twenty-eight PLN 00/100)
European Funds Contribution:
Co-financing of the project constituting de minimis aid – 155,952.00 PLN (in words: one hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred fifty-two PLN 00/100)
