The registration of the user and the bike purchased by him in the form below provides this user obtaining a unique customer identifier (ID) and a guarantee by Tabou Sp. z o.o. on the frame of this bike, on conditions specified in the warranty conditions. Warranty Policy

The guarantor grants the buyer a 36-month warranty for the purchased bike, starting from the date of purchase. Additionally, a lifetime warranty on the frame (except for KIDS and BMX bikes) after registration on the website www.tabou.pl within 1 month from the date of purchase of the bike - applies to the first owner. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

The warranty does not cover: bicycle adjustments, tightening of screw connections (wheel centering, elimination of play in screw connections, hubs and pedals), replacement of elements subject to natural wear during their use, such as: tires, inner tubes, saddles, bulbs, brake linings, chain, cables, multi-modes, toothed discs, rocker arms, shock absorbers, etc.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from an accident or improper use of the bicycle, contrary to its intended use.

This warranty is void if the bike has been repaired by unauthorized persons, other than an authorized service technician, if other than original parts have been installed in it, or if construction or material changes have been introduced.

The user should perform servicing, adjustment and maintenance in accordance with the operating instructions or have them performed by an authorized service center - otherwise the warranty is void.

The buyer is obliged to perform a paid inspection at an authorized Tabou service center, after driving 100 km or within 1 month from the date of purchase. If the inspection is not carried out, the warranty becomes void. If a bicycle is covered by a temporary warranty, it does not mean that it will survive this period in good condition. The warranty is not a guarantee that the bike will not break down or will remain operational forever. It only means that it is free from material and production defects and is subject to warranty under certain conditions until its duration. Covers defects resulting from an accident or improper use of the bicycle, contrary to its intended use.
